DDC LAND, INC. (formerly Dry Dock Company based in Mandaue City) is duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission which engages in real state business and development.
DDC LAND, INC was founded in August 1991 with MARTIN SUTTER a Swiss National as President while Engr. EDNA R. SUTTER, is the Executive Vice President. Both are incorporators with selected friends and associates as Board Members who are prominent and well-known personalities in Real Estate business.
It started realty business in 1993 by building several town houses and other residential units in various parts of Cebu. And upon its transfer of business in Metro Manila in 1995, the development of Crystal Ville Subdivision in Cabuyao, Laguna for Read Rite Philippines, was a remarkable growth for the company.
In June 1999, the company responded to the call of then Pres. Joseph Estrada to provide decent and affordable housing units to PNP, AFP, DECS, OFW and other government employees.
On October 1999 – Then DILG Sec. Ronaldo Puno accepted the proposal through the Home Insurance Guaranty Corporation to build 5,000 housing units not only for PNP, AFP, DECS but also extended to the public.
The City of Santa Rosa (In Tagalog, Lungsod ng Santa Rosa) is a 1st class city in the province of Laguna, Philippines. It is also known as "The Investment Capital of South Luzon" since 1994. The city lies 38 kilometers south of Manila via the South Luzon Expressway, making it a suburban residential community of Metro Manila.
